Stacy Wakefield Forte studied book design at Rhode Island School of Design and graduated from the Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam in 1994. Her artists books have been included in many collections and group shows.

Stacy is a member of book artists' collective Booklyn and a volunteer at Sullivan County's fabulous hydro-powered WJFF Radio where her husband, musician Nick Forte, DJs a Wednesday night show called Viva La Trance.
