Stacy Wakefield Forte studied book design at Rhode Island School of Design and graduated from the Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam in 1994. Her artists books have been included in many collections and group shows. (full list)

When she lived in New York City, she was Design Director for Artforum and Index Magazines and worked at several other publications. Now she lives in the Catskills of Upstate New York and designs art books.
